**Detailed Job Description **
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and AWS services.
• Define technical solutions, coding standards, and best practices across development teams.
• Design and implement scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical design discussions, and issue resolution.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and automated testing coverage.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
