Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform operations and maintenance of data center networks.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including EVPN, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, RSVP, LDP, Pseudowires, L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS Traffic Engineering, Routing Policies, GRE, and VXLAN.
Support Juniper QFX, MX, EX, and SRX platforms.
Juniper product experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize activities and achieve customer and account team goals.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with customer engineers and JTAC.
Experience opening, tracking, and resolving JTAC cases.
Ability to communicate case updates and deliver root cause analysis.
Ability to conduct technical briefings and training sessions.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in network design, architecture, operations, and support for medium- to large-scale data centers.
Juniper or other networking certifications preferred.
Automation and DevOps knowledge.
Familiarity with XML API, NETCONF, REST API, and gRPC.
Python tools and libraries: RPCs, REST, PyEZ, and ncclient.
Ansible playbooks and Jinja2 templates.
Automation scripts using Python, SLAX, and Juniper Commit, Op, Event, or SNMP scripts.
