Senior PHP Lead Developer

Role – Senior PHP Lead/Manager
Location – Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bangolore

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP 8 and related technologies.
• Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure optimal performance across various devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user friendly applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, providing technical insights and recommendations.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong expertise in PHP 8, including object oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficient in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
