💼 Role: Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support functional testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables align with business requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and requirement traceability.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of process modelling and workflow documentation.
• Experience working with technical and business teams.
• Understanding of UAT and functional testing.
