By accessing or using TalentSphere (the "Platform"), operated by Aranda Tech Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Platform Use

TalentSphere is a job marketplace for the IT sector. The Platform allows:

• Employers to post job listings, review applications, and communicate with candidates.
• Job Seekers to browse job listings, submit applications, and upload resumes.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Job Postings and Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their job listings. TalentSphere does not guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, or availability of any job posting. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their application materials, including resumes and profile information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform are the property of Aranda Tech Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (e.g., job postings, resumes, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display, process, and store your content as necessary to operate the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, including employers, job seekers, or applicants.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aranda Tech Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
